About Dan

I currently work as a Research Assistant for the Addiction Research Lab at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. I plan to enroll in a Ph.D. program in psychology in the Fall of 2023.

Outside of psychology, I have interests in economics, statistics, personal and public health, longevity, effective altruism, armchair philosophy, and more. My main objective in life is to use my resources and skills to produce the greatest increase in well-being for all conscious creatures throughout time. Considering the potential for infinite lives to exist in the future and the novel existential risks modern society faces, my chief focus is the stable progress of society over the next 100 years.
